Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping
Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States are automatically calculated at checkout for smaller orders. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii ranges from $10–$25, depending on weight and destination.
Free shipping is available within the Continental U.S. on orders of $90 or more.
To help reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, we offer an optional signature-required delivery service at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import charges, which vary depending on the destination country and order value.
Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 2–10 business days for delivery depending on location and carrier timelines.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Due to high order volume, tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear. If you have not received tracking information after that time, please contact crew@psycoskateboards.com.
Shipping Address & Carrier Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order needs to be redirected after purchase, additional shipping fees may apply.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. Customers may be required to file claims directly with the shipping carrier where applicable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if an order is returned, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer refusal.
