Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies
United States Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders, provided items are new, unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns initiated after the 14-day window are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
- An $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store Credit Returns
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is free when store credit is selected.
- Store credit is issued once the return has been processed and approved.
Exchanges (30 Days)
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Free exchange shipping applies to the first exchange only. Shipping charges apply to any additional exchanges.
Multiple Exchanges or Returns
- Complimentary return or exchange shipping applies only to the first eligible request per order.
- Shipping charges apply for subsequent exchanges and returns associated with the same order.
International Returns & Exchanges
International return and exchange shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated during the return process. Customers are responsible for applicable international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact crew@psycoskateboards.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact crew@psycoskateboards.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue. If verified, we will cover return or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
Additional Terms
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that do not meet return requirements may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
