Where is Psyco Skateboards based?
Psyco Skateboards is based in Denver, Colorado, and ships worldwide. The brand was founded there in 2020 and all orders are fulfilled from Denver.
Who founded Psyco Skateboards?
Psyco Skateboards was founded in 2020 by Ely Smith, who still runs it. He designs the clothing, builds the website, and fulfils the orders himself.
Where are Psyco clothes made?
Psyco Skateboards clothing is made in the USA and printed in the USA. Heavyweight pieces such as hoodies use 100% cotton at 14oz.
How does Psyco clothing fit?
Psyco Skateboards clothing is cut oversized. Order your usual size to get the intended baggy fit. If you prefer something closer to a regular fit, size down one. Denim and jorts are also cut loose, so the same rule applies.
How long does shipping take?
Allow up to 3 business days for Psyco Skateboards to process and verify an order, plus 2 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location and the carrier. You will get a confirmation email when the order is processed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During high-volume drops, tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to begin updating.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is free on orders of $90 or more. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii runs $10 to $25 depending on weight and destination. A signature-required delivery option is available at checkout to reduce the risk of a stolen package.
Does Psyco Skateboards ship internationally?
Yes. Psyco Skateboards ships worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are paid by the recipient. These vary by country and order value.
What is the return policy?
Psyco Skateboards accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on US orders. Items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging. An $8.50 return shipping fee is deducted from a refund to the original payment method, and original shipping charges are not refunded. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, return shipping is free. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange something for a different size?
Yes. Psyco Skateboards offers free exchanges within 30 days of delivery on US orders, for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Free exchange shipping covers the first exchange on an order; further exchanges or returns on that same order are charged.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email crew@psycoskateboards.com with your order number and photos of the problem. If verified, Psyco Skateboards covers the return or replacement shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are fulfilled. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. To request one, email crew@psycoskateboards.com as soon as possible.
Does Psyco Skateboards restock sold-out items?
Psyco Skateboards produces in limited runs, so a sold-out size is not guaranteed to return. Restocks happen occasionally but are not the default. Sign up by email or SMS to hear about new drops and any restocks before they go public.
Who designs the graphics?
Graphics are designed by founder Ely Smith, with select pieces created in collaboration with outside artists including Kevin Mejia. Artist credits appear on the individual product pages.
