United States Orders
Exchanges (30 Days)
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for U.S. customers.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Free exchange shipping applies to the first exchange only.
- Free exchange shipping applies to the first exchange only. Shipping charges apply to any additional exchanges.
Returns for Refund (14 Days)
Refunds to the original payment method are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- An $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Store Credit Returns (14 Days)
Returns for store credit are free within 14 days of delivery.
- No return shipping fee applies when store credit is selected.
- Store credit will be issued after the return has been received and inspected.
Multiple Exchanges or Returns
To maintain a fair and sustainable policy:
- Complimentary return or exchange shipping is limited to the first eligible request per order.
- Shipping charges apply for subsequent exchanges and returns associated with the same order.
International Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange fees for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated during the return process.
Customers are responsible for international shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.
ADDITIONAL POLICY TERMS
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that do not meet return requirements may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.
